You can ask for a refund or exchange within 7 days after you receive your product. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It should be in the original packaging
  • You need to show proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt)

If your product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us quickly. We will either replace the product or give you a full refund — depending on what you choose.

  • Please note:
    We do not offer refunds for products that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Return shipping costs may be your responsibility (unless the product was damaged or wrong)

Once we receive your returned product and check it, we will process your refund. It may take 5 to 7 business days for the money to appear in your account.
